Practical strategies and role-playing focus on enabling the participants to quickly and appropriately create rapport. These skills help set the stage for the desired outcome in a networking or sales situation.
Each participant completes a communication style analysis prior to attending the training program and faxes it back to SPEAK OUT for processing. The profiles take about 10 minutes to complete. At the session, each attendee will receive a 19-page personalized report that reveals his/her strengths and areas for improvement in dealing with others.
Mastering the Art of "Cocktail Conversation"
with a Business Motivation
Some people seem to excel at "small talk" while others flounder. SPEAK OUT will provide easy-to-incorporate techniques for engaging prospects and clients in conversations in social settings that can lead to business. Role-playing with sample questions and other exercises will help the participants master these important basics of effective networking. Note: For long-term results, SPEAK OUT recommends periodic reinforcement and advanced training to continue building and expanding skills.
