Founded in 1979 as Executive Speak Out Services, in 1990 the company became Speak Out, Inc. Clients represent a wide cross-section of U.S. and international industries and professions. Most services are available in both English and Spanish, with translation available for non-native English speakers.

Background: Anne is author of Unforgettable Speeches and Sales Presentations in 8 Easy Steps, and the Persuade, Connect & Succeed, a CD/Guidebook Multi-Media Collection due out in Fall 2007. An internationally-recognized presentation coach and communication consultant, she a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communication, and is a former journalist and freelance writer.

A member of the Board of Directors and Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Anne is president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Miami Chapter, and a leader in numerous other organizations. and committees.

Speak Out, Inc., was founded in 1990. Her previous company, Executive Speak Out Services, was established in 1979.

Edward A. Fischer, Vice President of Speak Out, Inc., Motivational Speaker, Sales Trainer and Business Communication specialist.

He also works privately to advance the leadership skills of key executives and community volunteers.

Ed has been motivating and training sales reps and leaders for more than two decades, in English and in Spanish. He earned a Masters in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Florida International University and his Bachelors Degree from Barry University. A past president of the South Miami Rotary Club and a leader in other civic groups, he is also active in veterans’ organizations and others supporting the U.S. military. Ed is an adjunct professor of Business Communication at Florida International University.
